Information we process
ILAINA PAY processes information required to create and manage accounts, subscriptions, merchant integrations and payment records. Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times, HTTP status information and transaction references.
Credentials and secrets
Supported sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage. Merchant API secrets and webhook secrets must not be sent through email or messaging services. Account holders are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
Payment records
Payment requests may include merchant references, invoice identifiers, amounts, status information and external transaction identifiers. The platform uses this information to verify and display payment status.
Analytics
When the platform administrator enables an analytics service, public pages may collect standard traffic measurement information. Analytics can be disabled by removing the configured measurement identifier.
Data retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, support merchants and meet applicable obligations. The hosting environment should use HTTPS, current PHP versions and regular backups.
Your requests
Use the support page to request access, correction or deletion of account information where applicable.
