Service purpose
ILAINA PAY provides merchant checkout pages, payment-status verification, account tools, API access and signed notifications for connected merchant systems.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their receiving accounts, customers, products, services, refunds and compliance with applicable requirements. Merchants must protect all account and API credentials.
Payment verification
Verification depends on transaction information, hosting connectivity, scheduled processing and third-party service availability. The merchant must review unusual or disputed transactions before delivering high-risk products or services.
Availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, hosting limits or third-party outages. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Prohibited use
The platform must not be used for fraud, unauthorized account access, prohibited goods or services, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any activity that violates applicable law.
Plans and fees
Current plan limits, subscription prices and transaction fees are displayed in the platform. Updated commercial terms apply to new subscriptions and renewals as shown in the merchant account.
